牙缺损伴牙颌畸形行正畸修复联合治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析正畸、修复联合方法治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的整体临床疗效及美观度。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月本院收治的牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者共102例,治疗医师根据数字表法将102例患者平分为两组,其A组51例,行修复、正畸联合方法治疗,B组51例,行单纯修复方法治疗。观察A组与B组患者治疗后6个月的咬合力、临床疗效、美观度及并发症情况。结果组内比较,A组与B组患者治疗后咬合力均明显大于治疗前,且治疗后A组患者咬合力明显大于B组患者(P<0.05);A组患者治疗后美观度整体显著优于B组患者(P<0.05);A组患者治疗后临床疗效有效率明显大于B组患者(P<0.05);A组患者治疗后并发症整体发生率显著小于B组患者(P<0.05)。结论采用正畸、修复联合方法治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形可以获得更好的整体临床效果且患者对治疗后美观度更为满意,并发症较少,适合临床医师选择应用。Objective to study and analyze the overall clinical effect and aesthetic degree of orthodontic and prosthodontic methods in the treatment of the dentition defect with the malocclusion.Methods from January 2016 to December 2018,102 patients with dentition defect and malocclusion were selected.102 patients were divided into two groups according to the digital table method.51 patients in group A were treated with prosthodontic and orthodontic treatment,and 51 patients in group B were treated with simple prosthodontic method.The occlusal force,clinical efficacy,aesthetic degree and complications of group A and group B were observed 6 months after treatment.Results After treatment,intra-group comparison,the occlusal force of patients in group A and group B was significantly higher than before treatment,and the occlusal force of patients in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The overall aesthetics of group A was significantly better than that of group B(P<0.05).The effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion the combined orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment of dentition defect with the malocclusion can achieve better overall clinical effect,and the patients are more satisfied with the aesthetic degree after treatment,with fewer complications.It is suitable for clinicians to choose and apply.
