摘　　要：提升大学生精神文化生活品质既关乎到大学生健康成长和个体价值的实现,也关乎到中国精神文化的传承和"中国梦"的实现。大学生群体出现的政治信仰迷茫,理想信念模糊,缺乏艰苦奋斗精神等问题,可运用思政课堂、社会实践、网络文化等方式进行化解,从而提升大学生精神文化品质。Improvement on the quality of college students’ spiritual and cultural life is not only about the healthy growth and achievement of self-value, but also the inheritance of Chinese spiritual culture and the realization of the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.Currently, the college students have been influenced by various social thoughts, which have resulted in their confused political beliefs, fuzzy ideal faith, and the poor spirit of hard working. In order to solve these problems, there are several teaching methodologies, including teaching ideological and political theory courses, participating in social practices and promoting network publicity, could be used to enhance the spiritual and cultural quality of college students.
