摘　　要：建设永久性排矸场并进行生态填埋是内蒙自治区煤矸石处置的主要途径之一。利用自然沟壑,将矸石按照一定的厚度进行回填,上覆粘土进行分层覆盖,分层碾压,形成排矸台阶,纵向间隔一定距离对矸石边坡覆土压实,形成"格仓",杜绝了矸石与空气等自然因素的接触,防止了矸石自燃。此生态恢复治理措施带来了良好的经济和环境效益。The construction of permanent waste dump and ecological landfill is one of the main ways to dispose of coal gangue in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Using the natural gullies,the gangue is backfilled according to a certain thickness,covered with clay layer by layer,rolled layer by layer,forming a gangue discharge step,and the gangue slope is covered with soil at a certain distance longitudinally,forming a"lattice",eliminating the contact between the gangue and air and other natural factors,and preventing the gangue from spontaneous combustion.The ecological restoration and management measures have brought good economic and environmental benefits.
