小学数学教师专业化发展路径研究

摘　　要：对教师专业化的内涵进行界定,分析了小学数学教师专业化发展存在的问题,并提出相关的政策建议。Professionalism of primary mathematics teachers is very important to elementary education.In this paper,we defines the connotation of teacher professionalism,analyzes the problems existing in the professionalism of primary mathematics teachers,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
