摘　　要：文章通过对底盘防腐三种工艺:底盘喷蜡工艺、底盘喷涂面漆或聚脲工艺、散件电泳+整件喷粉工艺的对比研究,得出每种工艺代表着质量的不同等级,分别体现着制造文化和质量观念。从而为防腐工艺的选择提供理论依据。In this article,by comparing the three processes of anticorrosion of the chassis:chassis wax spraying process,chassis spray topcoat or polyurea process,and comparative research on bulk electrophoresis+whole powder spraying process,it is concluded that each process represents a different level of quality and reflects With manufacturing culture and quality concept.So as to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of anticorrosive technology.
