摘　　要：雨刮片与玻璃直接接触,起到刮刷玻璃上杂物的功能。为有效降低售后客户抱怨,延长雨刮片使用寿命,现在从汽车雨刮片的供应商制造/运输、主机厂监控/转运、4S店存放以及终端客户使用等阶段,阐述各阶段管理的方式。Wiper blade direct contact with the glass as wiping the glass of other functions.To effectively reduce the wiper after-sales customer complain,extending the service life of the wiper.Now from the auto wiper blade supplier manufactu-ring,such as monitoring/transportation,4 S shop store and customers to use phase,to explain the management style.
