摘　　要：职业道德养成的目的,是使专业技术人员在具备职业道德认知的情况下,践行道德行为规范,其行为合乎道德要求。专业技术人员应培养良好的职业道德行为,自觉进行自我教育,做职业道德的“倡导者”;在实践中磨练行为,做职业道德的“力行者”;在“他律”中促“自律”,做职业道德的“评价者”;对标学习模范人物,做职业道德的“追星者”。职业道德养成的关键是将道德规范内化成自身的职业精神,形成特定的心理和素质。专业技术人员职业精神的培养,需在遵守职业道德行为规范的基础上,注重培养崇高的职业理想、良好的职业态度、强烈的责任感和必备的公共情怀。The purpose of cultivating professional ethics is for professional and technical personnel to practice moral codes of conduct and make their own behaviors ethical under the condition of having professional ethics awareness.In order to cultivate good professional ethics,one should consciously carry out self-education and be an“advocate”of professional ethics,to hone one’s behavior in practice and be a“practitioner”of professional ethics;to promote“self-discipline”in“heteronomy”and be“evaluator”of professional ethics;to learn from the model character and be the“star chaser”of professional ethics.The key to the cultivation of professional ethics is to internalize moral norms into their own professional spirit and form specific psychology and quality.The cultivation of professional spirit of professional and technical personnel should be based on the observance of professional ethics and codes of conduct,with emphasis on the cultivation of lofty professional ideals,good professional attitudes,strong sense of responsibility and necessary public feelings.
