陆海统筹发展的产业链整合路径研究

摘　　要：陆海统筹已经成为现代海洋产业发展的重要选择。基于陆地产业与海洋产业之间的互补性和关联性,陆海产业链整合是推进陆海统筹发展的有效途径。产业链整合存在产品整合、价值整合和知识整合三种模式。产品整合主要是对陆海产业链进行线性拓展,价值整合主要是对陆海产业链进行网络化拓展,知识整合主要是提升陆海产业链的协同程度。促进陆海统筹发展,需要从技术开发与应用、基础设施建设、资本市场、信息共享平台、对话交流平台等方面推动陆海产业链的产品整合、价值整合和知识整合。Land-sea coordination has become an important choice to develop the modern marine industry.Integrating the land-sea industry chain is an effective way of promoting the development of the land-sea coordination in consideration of the complementarity and relevance between land industry and sea industry.There are three patterns of the integration of land-sea industrial chain,which are product integration,value integration and knowledge integration.Product integration mainly expands linearly the land-sea industrial chain,while value integration is referring mainly to the networked expansion of land-sea industrial chain.Knowledge integration aims at improving the synergic degree of land-sea industrial chain.The development of land-sea coordination needs to push forward the products integration,value integration and knowledge integration of the landsea industrial chain by means of technological development and application,infrastructure construction,capital market,information sharing platform and communication platform.
