增殖性红斑一例  

Erythroplasia of Queyrat: one case report

摘　　要：32岁男性患者,包皮内侧红斑2年。皮肤科情况:包皮内侧约2 cm×3 cm边界不清的红斑。皮损组织病理检查示:表皮轻度角化不全,棘层明显肥厚,棘细胞增生、细胞排列紊乱、核大深染,可见较多异型细胞,真皮浅层血管扩张,少量炎性细胞浸润。免疫组化染色Ki-67阳性(90%)。诊断:增殖性红斑。转外科手术切除,随访6个月无复发。A 32-year-old male patient visited our institution due to having got an erythematous lesion on the inner side of prepuce for 2 years.Dermatological examination revealed that an erythema about 2 cm×3 cm with vague boundary was located on the inner side of prepuce.Histopathology of the lesion showed that there was mild parakeratosis,acanthosis,proliferation of spinous cell with disordered arrangement of the cells and large and deep-stained nuclei,more atypical keratinocytes in the epidermis,vascular dilatation and mild inflammatory infiltration in the superficial dermis.The positive rate of Ki-67 by immunohistochemical staining was 90%.Diagnosis:erythroplasia of Queyrat.Surgical resection was performed and no recurrence occurred during the follow-up period of half a year.
