基于精准补贴比例的典型农机产品补贴分类分档研究

摘　　要：对社会高度关注的拖拉机、打捆机、青饲料收获机和喷杆喷雾机4种农机产品实际购置补贴比例畸高问题进行了分析,提出了补贴分档调整建议.通过梳理定额补贴和定比补贴的演变历史,分析补贴比例畸高产品产生的原因和存在的问题,并总结了优化补贴分档机制的方式.Problems of 4 kinds of agricultural machinery,such as tractor,baler,green forage harvester and sprayer,with excessively high subsidy ratio were analyzed,and suggestions on adjustment of subsidy distribution were put forward. Through reviewing evolution history of fixed quota subsidy and fixed ratio subsidy,current problems of subsidies and their causes of agricultural machinery with excessively high subsidy ratio were analyzed,and approaches of optimizing subsidy grading mechanism were summarized.
