摘　　要：目的:探讨程序性死亡配体-1(PD-L1)的表达与膀胱癌分级、分期和复发的关系。方法:收集哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院泌尿外科膀胱癌患者211例作为膀胱癌组,选取膀胱憩室患者23例作为非肿瘤组进行对照。行免疫组化染色检测样本中PD-L1蛋白的表达情况。对膀胱癌患者的复发情况进行随访。结果:PD-L1在非肿瘤组中不表达,在膀胱癌组中有表达。随着膀胱癌分期和分级的进展,PD-L1在患者中的表达率逐步增加,其表达强度也逐步增强。随访结果表明,有PD-L1表达的膀胱癌患者,膀胱癌复发的时间更短。结论:PD-L1的表达与膀胱癌分级、分期和复发密切相关。PD-L1在膀胱癌的发生、发展、复发过程中起到了重要作用,有望成为膀胱癌治疗的重要靶点。Objective: To investigate the correlation between PD-L1 protein expression and the grade, stage and relapse of bladder cancer. Method: A total of 211 surgical specimens of bladder cancer were collected from the department of urology, First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. A total of 23 specimens of bladder diverticulum were collected as control group(no tumor). PD-L1 protein expression was measured by immunohistochemistry. Patients’ relapse rate were followed up. Result: PD-L1 did not express in normal tissues. With the development of the bladder cancer, the expression of PD-L1 got higher. Patients with higher level of PD-L1 expression relapsed more easily. Conclusion: PD-L1 protein expression is related to the grade, stage and relapse of bladder cancer. PD-L1 might be associated with the generation, development and relapse of bladder cancer, which can be used as the target of the treatment of bladder cancer.
