摘　　要：肾癌是泌尿系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,因为肾癌早期临床症状隐匿,部分肾癌患者就诊时已有远处转移,其预后通常较差。过去认为对于转移性肾癌,切除肿瘤原发灶意义不大。随着技术的发展,尤其是靶向药物的诞生,越来越多新的证据表明转移性肾癌的减瘤手术可以延长患者的生存时期及提高生活质量。本文通过复习相关文献,对减瘤手术在治疗转移性肾癌的临床应用及研究进展进行综述。Renal cell carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in the urinary system, because the early clinical symptoms of renal cell carcinoma are hidden. Some patients with renal cell carcinoma have distant metastases when they visit the hospital. Their prognosis is usually poor. In the past, it was considered that for metastatic renal cancer, it was of little significance to remove the primary tumor. With the development of technology, especially the birth of targeted drugs, more and more new evidence shows that cytoreductive nephrectomy can prolong the survival period of patients and improve the quality of life. This article reviews the relevant literature and summarizes the clinical application and research progress of cytoreductive nephrectomy in the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
