摘　　要：历经40年的变革和坎坷发展,伊朗高等教育和科技创新能力发生了显著变化,向世界一流大学迈进已成为伊朗高等教育的重要战略追求。《伊朗国家教育发展愿景目标(2005-2025年)》和《国家综合科学技术发展路线图》的制定对伊朗高等教育的可持续发展起到了重要的引领作用,但面对日益严重的经济制裁和激烈的社会就业压力,伊朗高等教育还面临着创新能力、育人机制和经费投入不足等诸多挑战。After 40 years of reform and bumpy development,the technological innovation capacity of Iranian higher education has undergone remarkable changes.Building World-class university has become an important strategic pursuit of Iranian higher education. The national education development vision and goals 2005-2025 and the national comprehensive science and technology development roadmap have played an important leading role in the sustainable development of Iran’s higher education. However, in the face of increasingly severe economic sanctions and intense population employment pressure, there are still many urgent problems to be solved in Iran’s higher education.
