基于新理念的湛江枢纽客运系统布局研究

摘　　要：研究目的:湛江市地处粤西地区,铁路建设较为滞后,目前境内既有铁路除江湛铁路(时速200 km)技术标准略高之外,其他均为普速铁路,而高铁引入线路尚处于拟建或规划阶段,这就为湛江枢纽总图规划提供了机遇,使我们得以更新设计理念。本文结合地方城市总体规划,对湛江枢纽客运系统布局进行调整,与相关部委的最新政策导向保持一致。研究结论:(1)规划湛江铁路枢纽为“客内货外、客货分线”的运输格局,客运系统形成“一主两辅”的布局形式;(2)在中心城区新建主要客运站,便利广大旅客出行,同时采取工程措施下穿主城区,减少对城市规划干扰;(3)本轮总图规划更新了设计理念,以吸引客流、方便出行为立足点,可为今后枢纽客运系统布局规划提供借鉴。Research purposes:Zhanjiang City is located in the western area of Guangdong and the railway construction is lagging behind.The introduction of high-speed rail lines is still in the proposed or planning stage,except Jiangmen-Zhanjiang railway(200 km/h)with slightly higher technical standard.This provides an opportunity for Zhanjiang hub to re-examine the layout of the passenger transport system and renew the design concept.Combined with the overall planning of local cities,this paper adjusts the layout of the passenger transport system,in line with the latest policy direction of relevant ministries.Research conclusions:(1)Zhanjiang railway hub is planned as a transportation pattern of"passenger transport inside and freight transport outside,passenger and freight transport separately",and the passenger transportation system forms a"one main and two auxiliary"layout.(2)Build a major passenger terminal in the central urban area to facilitate the travel of large numbers of passengers,and take engineering measures to penetrate the main city area to reduce the interference to the city planning at the same time.(3)This general layout planning updated the design concept,on the stand of attracting passengers and convenient for traveling.And it can provide reference for the future railway hub layout of the passenger transport system.
