摘　　要：生猪产业是畜牧业的重要组成部分,也是我国农业现代化建设的支柱产业.猪的健康生长离不开氨基酸营养,日粮添加氨基酸不仅为猪提供必要的蛋白合成单元,同时还能够参与机体多种生理代谢过程.本文主要回顾我国建国以来尤其是改革开放后,我国猪氨基酸营养研究从无到有的历程.同时,讨论了目前我国在猪氨基酸营养研究方向的进展.最后,通过对我国养猪和饲料行业分析,展望未来猪氨基酸营养研究方向.Pig industry is an important part of animal husbandry and a pillar element of agricultural modernization in China.The healthy growth of pigs depends on amino acid nutrition.Dietary amino acids can not only serve as the substrates for protein synthesis,but also participate in many physiological metabolic processes.This article mainly reviews the history of pig amino acid nutrition in China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,especially after the reform and opening-up.Meanwhile,we review the research progress of amino acid nutrition in pigs.Finally,we predict future research directions in this field through analysis of the pig and feed industry in China.
