摘  要:在荞麦秸秆青贮时按不同比例加入乳酸杆菌、蔗糖、半纤维素酶、糖化酶进行正交试验,从感官、pH值、营养成分和主要菌群等方面进行了分析评价。结果显示,通过添加4种青贮添加剂,使荞麦秸秆青贮饲料的感官评分提高,pH值降低,提升了青贮饲料营养水平,同时降低了有害菌群的数量。乳酸杆菌青贮添加剂是荞麦秸秆青贮饲料酸性洗涤纤维、粗灰分、P含量的主要影响因素;蔗糖是酵母菌数量的主要影响因素;半纤维素酶是中性洗涤纤维、Ca、霉菌数量的主要影响因素;糖化酶是pH值、粗蛋白质、粗纤维、乳酸菌数量的主要影响因素。本试验条件下建议的优化方案添加量为乳酸菌1.5 g/kg、蔗糖30 g/kg、半纤维素酶20 g/kg、糖化酶10 g/kg。In the study,the buckwheat straw were added with different ratios of Lactobacillus,sucrose,hemicellulase and glucoamylase for orthogonal test.The sensory,pH value,nutrient composition and main flora were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that by adding four silage additives,the sensory score of buckwheat straw silage was increased,the pH value was lowered,the nutritional level of silage was improved,and the number of harmful bacteria was reduced.The silage additive of Lactobacillus is the main influencing factor of acidic detergent fiber,crude ash and P content in buckwheat straw silage;sucrose is the main influencing factor of yeast quantity;hemicellulase is the main influencing factor of neutral detergent fiber,Ca and mould quantity;glucoamylase is the main influencing factor of the pH value,crude protein,crude fiber and lactic acid bacteria.The recommended addition amount is lactic acid bacteria 1.5 g/kg,sucrose 30 g/kg,hemicellulase 20 g/kg,and saccharification enzyme 10 g/kg.
