摘　　要："肝主生发"的理论创新,构建了中医药通过调控发生发育与再生修复机制防治肝脏及其相关病证新的知识体系,推动了中医/中西医结合学术的创新与发展。综述"肝主生发"与"肝主升发"的深化整合、"肝主生发"与"生机学说"的深化整合、基础研究与临床实践的深化整合、还原研究与整体研究的深化整合等方面取得的若干进展,部分展示了中医药通过影响发生发育与再生修复机制防治肝脏及其相关病证的基础研究与临床应用成果,更加明确了进一步深入研究的方向和方法。The innovation of the theory of"the liver governing growth"has constructed a new knowledge system for the prevention and treatment of liver and related diseases and syndromes by regulating the mechanism of occurrence,development and regeneration of Chinese medicine,and promoted the innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine or integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The author briefly summarized the some progress made in the deepening integration of"the liver governing growth"and"the liver governing ascending and dredging",the deepening integration of"the liver governing growth"and the"vitality theory",the deepening integration of basic research and clinical practice,and the deepening integration of reduction research and overall research.Moreover,this article also partially demonstrated the basic research and clinical application results of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of liver and its related diseases and symptoms by affecting the mechanism of occurrence,development and regeneration and repair,which further clarified the direction and methods of further research.
