摘  要:维生素D属人体内必需的脂溶性维生素,大多通过进食或照射阳光后获得,与肝、肾、甲状腺系统密切相关。维生素D不仅能改善骨骼系统疾病,还对结直肠癌等危重疾病有着正向调节作用。基于课题组前期研究发现,中医"肾精"与维生素D轴在获取来源、调控机制及治疗效用等方面存在密切的相关性且补肾疗法对于改善结直肠癌术后预后有着较好的疗效。据此推测,中医补肾疗法可能是通过调节维生素D轴治疗结直肠癌,维生素D轴可能是补肾治疗结直肠癌的潜在靶点。Vitamin D is an essential fat-soluble vitamin in the human body. It is obtained mostly by taking food or irradiating sunlight. It is closely related to the liver, kidney and thyroid system. Vitamin D not only improves the skeletal system diseases, but also has a positive regulatory effect on critical diseases such as colorectal cancer. Based on the previous study of our research group, we found that there is a close correlation between kidney essence and vitamin D axis in the source of acquisition, regulation mechanism and therapeutic efficacy, and kidney-tonifying therapy has a good effect on improving the prognosis of colorectal cancer after operation. It is speculated that the kidney-tonifying therapy of TCM may be the treatment of colorectal cancer by regulating the vitamin D axis, and vitamin D axis may be the potential target of kidney-tonifying therapy for colorectal cancer.
