摘　　要：目的:探讨CD64感染指数对白血病合并细菌感染的诊断价值。方法:选择2017年12月—2018年12月接受治疗的白血病合并细菌感染患者63例(感染组)、白血病非细菌感染患者57例(非感染组)和健康志愿者45例(健康对照组),检测三组患者CD64感染指数、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)水平。结果:感染组的CD64感染指数、PCT和CRP水平均显著高于未感染组和健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD64感染指数检测白血病合并细菌感染的特异度和敏感度均优于PCT。结论:CD64感染指数对白血病合并细菌感染的诊断具有较高的特异度和敏感度,对于该疾病的早期诊断具有重要的临床价值。Objective:To analyze the diagnosis values of CD64 infection index in the leukemia complicated with bacterial infection.Methods:All 63 patients of leukemia complicated with bacterial infection,57 patients of leukemia without bacterial infection,45 healthy persons in hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected.The levels of CD64 infection index,procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactiveprotein(CRP)were detected of the three groups were compared.Results:The CD64 infection index,PCT and CRP levels in the infected group were significantly higher than those in the uninfected group and the healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The specificity and sensitivity of CD64 infection index detection for leukemia with bacterial infection are better than PCT.Conclusion:CD64 infection index has high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of leukemia complicated with bacterial infection.
