摘 要:饲粮中的脂类在提高动物生产性能和健康状况方面具有重要作用,其功能与脂肪酸的种类和比例密切相关。在当前"替抗限锌"的畜牧业新常态下,从脂肪酸营养的角度探讨改善猪肠道健康、提高生产性能的新思路意义重大。本文综述了不同类型脂肪酸的代谢特点与生理功能及其在猪生产中的应用研究,以期为脂肪酸在畜牧生产中的科学应用提供参考。Dietary lipids play important roles in the improvement of growth performance and health of animals, and their functions are closely related with the types and proportions of fatty acids. Under the new situation of "substitution for antibiotic and constrained utilization of Zinc" in animal husbandry, it is of great significance to explore new approached to improving the intestinal health and growth performance of pigs from the view of fatty acids nutrition. This review summarizes the advances in research on the biological functions and application of different types of fatty acids in pig industry in order to provide references for more scientific utilization of fatty acids in production of animal husbandry.
