摘  要:采用隧道式微波干燥技术对党参进行灭菌处理,筛选适宜的灭菌工艺,并研究其对党参炔苷含量的影响。结果表明,微波干燥党参最优工艺为:料水质量比100∶15,传送带速度2.0 m/min,微波功率12 kW,载样量12.5 kg/m^2,党参灭菌工艺后菌落总数为3.1×10^3 CFU/g;高效液相色谱分析表明,隧道式微波灭菌技术对党参中有效成分党参炔苷无显著性影响。The optimum drying technology of Codonopsis pilosula was screened by tunnel microwave sterilization,and the effect of microwave sterilization on the content of lobetyolin in Codonopsis pilosula was investigated.Results showed that,the optimum microwave drying technology of Codonopsis pilosula was as followed:mass ratio of material to water 100∶15,conveyor belt speed 2 m/min,microwave power 12 kW,and sample loading 12.5 kg·m^-2.The total number of colonies after sterilization of Codonopsis pilosula was 3.1×10^3 CFU/g.HPLC analysis showed that the tunnel type microwave sterilization technology had no significant impact on lobetyolin in Codonopsis pilosula.
