摘 要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清S100A2和S100A6蛋白浓度及其诊断价值。方法纳入自2018年1月至12月自贡市第一人民医院141例NSCLC患者为NSCLC组,选取同时间段的150例健康受试者为健康对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法比较2组患者血清中S100A2和S100A6蛋白浓度,受试者工作特征曲线分析血清S100A2和S100A6蛋白浓度对NSCLC诊断价值。结果NSCLC组患者血清中S100A2蛋白浓度高于对照组(t=3.794,P<0.001),NSCLC组患者血清S100A6浓度高于对照组(t=70.320,P<0.001)。当cut-off值为13.81μg/L时,血清S100A2浓度区分NSCLC与健康对照者的受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.696,特异度为82.0%,敏感度为59.3%;当cut-off值为10152 ng/L时,血清S100A6浓度区分NSCLC与健康对照者的受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.738,特异度为64.0%,敏感度为61.7%。血清S100A2和S100A6浓度与患者肿瘤大小有相关性(r=0.89、0.91,P值均<0.05)。结论血清S100A2和S100A6蛋白对NSCLC具有良好的诊断效能,是潜在NSCLC分子标志物。Objective To investigate the serum S100A2 and S100A6 protein concentrations and their diagnostic value in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods From January to December 2018,141 patients with NSCLC in the First People′s Hospital of Zigong City were enrolled as NSCLC group,and 150 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as healthy control group.Serum S100A2 and S100A6 protein concentrations were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in both groups.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve were used to analyze the diagnostic value of S100A2 and S100A6 protein concentrations for NSCLC.Results Serum S100A2 protein concentration was significantly higher in the NSCLC group than that in the healthy control group(t=3.794,P<0.001).The serum S100A6 concentration in the NSCLC group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group(t=70.320,P<0.001).When the cut-off value was 13.81μg/L,ROC analysis showed that S100A2 could distinguish NSCLC patients from healthy controls(AUC=0.696),with specificity of 82.0%and sensitivity of 59.3%.When the cut-off value was 10152 ng/L,S100A6 could also identify NSCLC(AUC=0.738)with specificity of 64.0%,and sensitivity of 61.7%.Serum concentrations of S100A2 and S100A6 were significantly associated with tumor size in patients(r=0.89,0.91,both P<0.005).Conclusions Serum S100A2 and S100A6 proteins concentrations have good diagnostic efficacy for NSCLC and are potential molecular biomarkers of NSCLC.
