摘　　要：北京冬奥会外围配套综合管廊工程为国内首个山岭隧道管廊,施工质量要求高、技术难度大、安全文明施工和环境保护要求高。针对以上难点,运用BIM技术,进行管廊信息模型建立、场地布置、方案模拟及施工组织管理、质量安全管理、可视化交底等应用,优化解决了场地规划、施工方案比选、TBM工艺可视化等施工难题,减少材料损耗,缩短工期,提升项目管控力,达到了降本增效、绿色施工的效果。Taking the construction difficulty of the comprehensive utility gallery project for the Beijing Winter Olympics as the background,building information modeling is established to analyze site layout,plan simulation,3 d visualization technical disclosure and the construction organization and quality management solving the site planning,construction scheme comparison,TBM visualization construction problem,with reducing the material loss,shortening the construction period and improving project control force.
