化痰通络汤治疗风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰通络汤治疗风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的80例急性脑梗死患者按照随机数字表法分为2组各40例,对照组给予常规西医基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用化痰通络汤,疗程均为2周,观察记录治疗前后2组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分,并通过统计分析评价其对患者神经功能和日常生活能力的影响。结果:治疗前,2组NIHSS评分、MBI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组NIHSS评分、MBI评分均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且与对照组治疗后比较,观察组NIHSS评分、MBI评分改善更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西医治疗基础上加用化痰通络汤能明显改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能,提高日常生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huatan Tongluo tang for acute cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm stasis obstruction type.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction and in accordance with the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine basic western medicine treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Huayu Tongluo tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Before and after treatment,the scores of national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)and modified barthel index(MBI)in the two groups were observed and recorded.The effect of the therapy on neurological function and activities of daily living were evaluated through statistical analysis.Results:Before treatment,compared the scores of NIHSS and MBI in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of NIHSS and MBI in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment respectively,the difference being significant(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Huatan Tongluo tang based on routine western medicine treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve their neurological function and quality of life.
