交替针刺法结合面部功能康复治疗顽固性面神经麻痹临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察交替针刺法结合面部康复训练治疗顽固性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:选取顽固性面神经麻痹患者64例,按随机数字表法分为交替针刺组和传统针刺组各32例,交替针刺组给予交替针刺法结合面部康复训练,传统针刺组给予传统针刺法结合面部康复训练。观察2组临床疗效。结果:经Mann-Whitney U检验,与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后面神经功能分级结果均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且交替针刺组面神经功能分级评价结果优于传统针刺组(P<0.05)。交替针刺组总有效率为90.32%,显著高于传统针刺组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:交替针刺法结合面部康复训练对顽固性面神经麻痹的康复有显著促进作用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of alternate acupuncture method combined with facial rehabilitation training for intractable facial paralysis.Methods:Selected 64 cases of patients with intractable facial paralysis,and divided them into the alternate acupuncture group and the traditional acupuncture group randomly,32 cases in each group.The alternate acupuncture group received alternate acupuncture method combined with facial rehabilitation training,while the traditional acupuncture group received traditional acupuncture method combined with facial rehabilitation training.Observed the clinical effect in each group.Results:By means of Mann-Whitney U test after treatment,the grading results of facial nerve function in both groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the grading results of facial nerve function in the alternate acupuncture group were better than those in the traditional acupuncture group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.32%in the alternate acupuncture group,being significantly higher than80.00%in the traditional acupuncture group,difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alternate acupuncture method combined with facial rehabilitation training has significant effect in promoting the recovery of intractable facial paralysis.
