摘  要:目的通过Meta分析评价“以问题为基础的教学方法(PBL)”在药理学教学中的应用效果。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)、PubMed、The Cochrane library等数据库。各数据库检索时间均从建库时间至2018年8月31日,采用R 3.5.0软件进行Meta分析与亚组分析。结果Meta分析结果显示:与传统教学方法相比,对实现学生更高的药理学理论分数有积极作用(SMD=0.98,95%CI[0.68;1.28])。亚组分析显示:PBL教学方法在本科生药理学教学中对理论分数的提高有积极作用(SMD=0.89,95%CI[0.57;1.21]);在专科生药理学教学中对理论分数的提高有积极作用(SMD=1.35,95%CI[0.73;1.96]);PBL/LBL联合教学对学生药理学理论考试分数的提高也产生了积极作用(SMD=0.72,95%CI[0.20;1.23])。结论该研究提示与传统教学方法相比,PBL教学方法在药理学教学方面似乎更有效,更有助于学生掌握理论知识。Objective To evaluate the application effect of“problem-based learning”(PBL)teaching method in pharmacology teaching through a meta-analysis.Methods The computer retrieves was conducted in databases such as China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database(VIP),PubMed,the Cochrane library,and so on.The retrieval time in each database was from the construction of the databases to August 31,2018.And the R3.5.0 software was used for meta-analysis and subgroup analysis.Results The results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with the traditional teaching methods,PBL teaching method played a positive effect on achieving higher pharmacological theoretical scores of students(SMD=0.98,95%CI[0.68;1.28]).Subgroup analysis showed that compared with traditional teaching methods,PBL teaching method had a positive effect on the improvement of theoretical scores in undergraduate pharmacology teaching(SMD=0.89,95%CI[0.57;1.21]);in the teaching of pharmacology of junior college students it has a positive effect on the improvement of theoretical scores(SMD=1.35,95%CI[0.73;1.96]);PBL/LBL joint teaching also played a positive role in improving the pharmacological test scores(SMD=0.72,95%CI[0.20;1.23]).Conclusions The research of this department suggests that compared with the traditional teaching methods,the PBL teaching method seems to be more effective in pharmacology teaching,and it is more helpful for students to master theoretical knowledge.
