摘  要:运用Meta分析方法探讨运动干预对心理健康的调控作用,并运用CMA 2.2统计软件进行数据处理。其元分析结果表明,运动是调控人类心理健康发展的一个重要因素,合理运动能够促进心理健康发展;运动干预对大学生心理健康的影响达到中等效应量,95%置信区间;运动对强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁和焦虑维度的干预效果较好;锻炼时间、干预周期、干预内容对两者关系有影响;锻炼频率对两者关系没有影响。具体来说,采用有氧运动方式,每次运动90分钟以上,每周至少一次并坚持8周以上效果最好。This paper explores the regulating effect of exercise intervention on mental health by using Meta-analysis method, and uses CMA 2.2 statistical software for data processing. The results of meta-analysis show that the exercise is an important factor to regulate the development of human mental health, and the reasonable exercise can promote the development of mental health;the exercise intervention has a medium equivalent effect on college students’ mental health, with a 95% confidence interval;the exercise has a good effect on obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal relationship, depression and anxiety;exercise time, intervention cycle, and intervention content have an effect on the relationship between the two;and exercise frequency has no effect on the relationship. Specifically, the aerobic exercise is the best way to exercise for more than 90 minutes each time, at least once a week and for more than 8 weeks.
