摘 要:为探寻大米固态发酵生产白僵菌孢子粉的最佳条件,运用单因素法与正交试验的方法,对固态发酵的接种量、KNO 3浓度和培养时间3个条件进行研究。结果表明,以上3个条件对于孢子产量的影响大小依次为KNO 3浓度、接种量、接种天数;通过正交试验,在培养温度25℃、相对湿度85%的条件下,得出最佳条件参数:接种量为20%、KNO 3浓度为0.5%和培养天数20 d(前5 d黑暗培养),该条件下大米固体发酵培养产孢量为16.25×108个/g。In order to get the optimal conditions for solid fermentation and sporulation of Beauveria bassiana,the single factor method and orthogonal test method were used to study on the three parameters,which were inoculation amount,the KNO 3 concentration and the spore culture time.The results showed that the order of effects of three conditions on spore yield was:KNO 3 concentration、inoculation amount、inoculation days.The optimal conditions for sporulation were obtained by orthogonal test,which were 20%inoculation,0.5%KNO 3 and 20 days culture time(dark culture for the first 5 days)at 25℃and 85%RH.Under this condition,the amount of spores produced by rice solid fermentation was 16.25×108/g.
