粮食主产区县域农村居民点布局调整规划研究--以黑龙江省庆安县为例

摘　　要：对粮食主产区农村居民点进行布局调整,可以有效整合土地资源,有利于实现土地规模化经营,推进城镇化进程有序发展。选取黑龙江省庆安县为研究对象,分析县域农村现状建设特征并进行评价,提出农村居民点调整的条件和标准,确定农村居民点调整的方向和时序,得出县域农村居民点布局调整的规划方案,重构镇村体系结构。未来将基于本研究并结合居民点的社会经济发展、土地开发利用等给出合理发展和分类管理策略建议。Adjusting the layout of rural residential areas in major grain-producing areas can effectively integrate land resources,facilitate large-scale land management,and promote the orderly development of urbanization.Selecting qing'an county in heilongjiang province as the research object,this paper analyzes the construction characteristics of county rural areas and evaluates them,puts forward the conditions and standards of adjustment of rural residential areas,determines the direction and timing of adjustment of rural residential areas,obtains the planning plan of layout adjustment of county rural residential areas,and reconstructs the system structure of towns and villages.In the future,based on this research and combined with the socio-economic development of residential areas,land development and utilization,reasonable development and classified management strategies will be proposed.
