探析网络阅读和高校图书馆电子文献资源的发展

摘　　要：随着我国改革开放后经济的发展,社会的进步,国家经济发展进入了一个发展的新常态,人民的生活水平有了很大的提高,老百姓的生活方式已不再简单的追求吃饱穿暖,而是追求更高的生活质量。在综合经济发展的大环境下,我国政府积极采取有效手段鼓励和支持科学技术的发展,从而推动我国国家整体发展迅速,其中网络的发展便是科技发展的重要产物。自改革开放以来,我国接入全球互联网,同时更加重视教育的发展,鼓励读书,鼓励学生为中华之崛起而读书,进一步实现我国在教育、人才、科技上的综合实力。随着网络的普及,网络逐渐融入读书教育中,在网络上读书习以为常,各高校为了让学生更好的阅读,增强学生自身的文化素质,不断的完善自身图书馆的建设,从多种渠道增加或引导读者进行网络阅读。基于此种现状,有必要从网络阅读和高校图书馆电子文献资源的发展现状,对于网络阅读和高校图书馆电子文献资源的建议等方面进行探讨和思考。with the economic development after China's reform and opening up,social progress,the country's economic development has entered a development of the new normal,the people's living standards have been greatly improved,the people's way of life is no longer simply the pursuit of food and clothing,but the pursuit of higher quality of life.In the context of comprehensive economic development,the Chinese government actively adopts effective means to encourage and support the development of science and technology,thus promoting the overall rapid development of China,among which the development of network is an important product of the development of science and technology.Since the reform and opening up,China has connected to the global Internet,and attached more importance to the development of education,encouraging reading,encouraging students to read for the rise of China,and further realizing China's comprehensive strength in education,talents,science and technology.With the popularization of the Internet,the Internet is gradually integrated into reading education,and it is common to read books on the Internet.In order to make students read better,enhance students'own cultural quality,and constantly improve the construction of their own libraries,colleges and universities increase or guide readers to read online through various channels.Based on this situation,it is necessary to discuss and reflect on the development status of online reading and electronic document resources in university libraries,and the Suggestions on online reading and electronic document resources in university libraries.
