摘 要:综合XRF、XRD、SEM、EDS、X-CT五种测试分析手段提出了污水混凝土构筑物表层混凝土腐蚀深度的表征方法。以城市地下污水处置混凝土箱涵为例,采用XRF对表层混凝土的Ca元素含量随深度的变化进行分析,采用XRD对表层混凝土Ca(OH)2含量随深度的变化进行分析,采用SEM对不同深度处混凝土的微观形貌进行分析,采用EDS对表层混凝土钙硅比随深度的变化进行分析,采用X-CT对表层混凝土密实度随深度的变化进行表征。结果表明:不同测试方法对污水箱涵混凝土样品的评价结果趋于一致,既有污水箱涵混凝土的腐蚀主要表现为表层混凝土水化产物的溶蚀,溶蚀深度在2~4 mm。各测试方法的综合运用可减少单一方法的局限性和定量化程度不足的问题,提高表征结果的准确性。A method to characterize the corrosion depth of surface concrete of sewage concrete structures is proposed based on XRF,XRD,SEM,EDS and X-CT.Taking box culvert concrete of municipal underground sewage disposal as example,XRF is used to analyze the change of Ca content with depth in surface concrete,XRD is used to analyze the change of Ca(OH)2 content with depth in surface concrete,SEM is used to analyze the micro-morphology change of concrete at different depth,EDS is used to analyze the change of Ca/Si ratio with depth in surface concrete,and X-CT is used to analyze the variation of compactness with depth in surface concrete.The results show that the evaluation results of concrete samples of sewage box culvert by different test methods are consistent.The corrosion of existing box culvert concrete is mainly the corrosion of hydration products of surface concrete,and the corrosion depth is 2~4 mm.The comprehensive application of various testing methods can reduce the limitation and the low degree of quantification of single method,and improve the accuracy of ultimate characterization result.
