血脂水平与乳腺癌发生、发展的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血脂水平与乳腺癌发生、发展的关系。方法选取该院2014年1月至2017年12月收治的乳腺癌患者102例为病例组,选取同期非乳腺癌女性100例为对照组,检测两组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平;同时比较两组绝经与未绝经状态下的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的水平;比较淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移患者的血脂水平。结果病例组TG、LDL-C水平均高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组已绝经患者TG、LDL-C水平高于对照组已绝经研究对象,HDL-C水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组未绝经患者TG、LDL-C水平高于对照组未绝经研究对象,HDL-C水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移组TG水平高于无淋巴结转移组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血脂水平与乳腺癌的发生有一定相关性,具体表现为TG、LDL-C升高,HDL-C降低,而与TC无关。Objective To investigate the relationship between blood lipid level and the development of breast cancer.Methods A total of 102 breast cancer patients were selected as cases group,and 100 women without breast cancer were selected as the control group from January 2014 to December 2017.The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were detected.The indexes were compared between menopause and premenopause patients in two groups,as well as between lymph node metastasis group and the non-metastasis group.Results The levels of TG and LDL-C in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the HDL-C level was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TG and LDL-C in the menopausal patients of case group were significantly higher than those in the menopausal subjects of control group(P<0.05),and the level of HDL-C was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TG and LDL-C in the premenopause patients of case group were significantly higher than those of premenopause subjects in control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the TG level of the patients with lymph node metastasis group was higher than the patients without lymph node metastasis group(P<0.05),but the differences of TC,LDL-C and HDL-C level were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of blood lipids of female patients is related to the development of breast cancer,as reflected the level of TG and LDL-C has increased,while HDL-C level has decreased,and TC level has not significant correlation.
