摘　　要：目的:评估主动式社区治疗模式改善精神分裂症患者服药依从性和疾病症状的效果。方法:将208例精神分裂症患者随机分成干预组(104例)和对照组(104例)。干预组男性52人,女性52人,平均年龄(40.68±9.45)岁;对照组男性48人,女性56人,平均年龄(43.21±10.07)岁。干预组给予主动式社区治疗模式,对照组给予常规精神卫生随访。干预半年后,采用服药依从性量表(MARS)和阳性和阴性症状量表评分表(PANSS)评价两组患者服药依从性及精神症状。结果:干预6个月后,干预组MARS评分显著提高,PANSS评分明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组干预前后的MARS和PANSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:主动式社区治疗模式有效提高了患者服药依从性,改善患者精神症状。Objective:To evaluate the assertive community treatment mode in the improvement of the efficacy of medication compliance and disease symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 208 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into an intervention group with 104 cases and a control group with 104 cases.There were 52 males and 52 females in the intervention group,with an average age of(40.68±9.45)years old;there were 48 males and 56 females in the control group,with an average age of(43.21±10.07)years old.The intervention group was given the assertive community treatment mode,and the control group was given regular mental health follow-up.Six months after the intervention,the medication adherence rating scale(MARS)and the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)were used to evaluate medication compliance and psychiatric symptoms.Results:After 6 months of intervention,the MARS score of the intervention group was significantly increased,the PANSS score was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in MARS and PANSS scores before and after intervention in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The assertive community treatment mode can effectively improve the medication compliance and mental symptoms of patients.
