摘　　要：本文介绍了采用辅助制动的必要性,详细介绍了自励式缓速器的结构组成和工作原理。搭建了可用于测试自励式缓速器制动性能的试验台架,并进行转速转矩和拖磨试验,得到不同工作方式下的制动曲线。In this paper, the necessity of using auxiliary brake is introduced. The structure and working principle of self-excitation retarder are introduced in detail. A test bench for testing the braking performance of self-exciting retarder is built, and the composition and application of the test bench are introduced. The speed and torque test and traction test of the self-excitation retarder prototype are carried out, and the working curve of the self-excitation retarder under different working modes is obtained.
