摘　　要：习近平青年观是马克思主义青年观中国化的最新成果,以及习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,科学回答了"为谁培养青年""为何培养青年""培养怎样的青年""如何培养青年"等问题,对高校共青团在新时代如何传承优秀传统文化,引领青年学子树立文化自信,进而实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重要的引领作用。Xi Jinping’s view on youth is the latest theoretical result of the development of Marxist views on youth in China, and the important part of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era. It scientifically answers the questions such as "for whom to cultivate youth", "why to cultivate youth", "what kind of youth to cultivate" and "how to cultivate youth", and plays an important role in guiding how the College Communist Youth League inherits excellent traditional culture in the new era, guides young students to build up cultural confidence, and then realizes the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
