新时期高校公寓辅导员思想政治教育工作之路初探

摘　　要：高等院校是储备专业型技术人才的重要基地,肩负着为社会提供专精尖人才的重要使命;公寓作为学生学习生活的重要场所;如何发挥高职院校公寓的育人作用显得尤为重要。本文将结合新时代大学生新特点和公寓辅导员工作特点,分析公寓多种形式育人活动及其存在的不足,总结公寓辅导员队伍建设的新思路及新方法。Higher colleges are responsible for cultivating talents,and students spend most of their time in their dormitories,henceforth the importance of educational effectiveness in dormitories and by dormitory consultant.Combining characteristics of students and working styles of the consultants,this paper will analyze the consultants’different working patterns and its weakness,and will conclude the implications and suggestions.
