摘 要:为了更好地解决车用质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的冷起动问题,该文从传热学角度对车用PEMFC冷起动过程进行归纳,分析冷起动输出性能退化、水和冰的可视化以及冻结损伤/衰减机理,重点关注与冷起动相关的传输现象,主要包括过冷、相变以及膜、催化层、微孔层、气体扩散层间的水传输过程。分析结果指明了制约车用PEMFC冷起动发展的原因以及后续发展方向,对促进车用PEMFC的规模化商业发展具有指导作用。In order to better solve the cold start problem of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) for vehicles, this paper summarizes the cold start process of PEMFC for vehicles from the perspective of heat transfer, analyzes the degradation of cold start output performance, visualization of water and ice, and freezing damage/attenuation mechanism, and focuses on the transmission phenomena related to cold start, mainly including supercooling, phase transition, and water transfer among membranes, catalytic layers, microporous layers, and gas diffusion layers. The analysis results indicate the reasons that restrict the development of cold start of vehicular PEMFC and its subsequent development direction, which has a guiding role in promoting the large-scale commercial development of PEMFC for vehicles.
