腹腔镜结直肠癌手术与开放性手术的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜结直肠癌手术与开放性手术的疗效与安全性。方法选取2016年5月至2017年12月本院收治的结直肠癌患者88例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各44例。对照组采取开放性手术治疗,观察组采取腹腔镜手术治疗。观察比较两组患者在近远期疗效和术后并发症发生率。结果两组患者近远期疗效比较差异无统计学意义;观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的临床疗效与开放性手术相当,但腹腔镜手术的安全性要高于开放性手术,有助于降低患者术后并发症发生率,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic and open surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods 88 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to December 2017 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group, with44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open surgery, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The difference of short-term and long-term efficacy and the incidence of complications between the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in short-term and long-term efficacy between the two groups. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery is comparable to that of open surgery, but the safety of laparoscopic surgery is higher than that of open surgery, which helps to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
