摘 要:目的探讨低剂量螺旋CT在儿童副鼻窦病变的应用。方法回顾性分析2016年9月至2018年9月本院收治的80例副鼻窦病变患儿的临床资料,根据螺旋CT扫描剂量的不同分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规剂量螺旋CT扫描检查,观察组给予低剂量螺旋CT扫描检查,比较两组图像质量、噪声及辐射剂量。结果两组水平位、矢状位及冠状位图像质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义;观察组水平位、矢状位、冠状位软组织窗和骨窗图像噪声均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CTDIvol、DLP及ED水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低剂量螺旋CT能够对儿童副鼻窦病变做出准确诊断,同时可以降低射线剂量。Objective To investigate the application of low-dose spiral CT in children with paranasal sinus lesions. Methods The clinical data of 80 children with paranasal sinus lesions who were admitted to the hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different dose of spiral CT scan, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine dose spiral CT scan, while the observation group was given a low-dose spiral CT scan. The image quality, noise and radiation dose were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the image quality scores of horizontal position, sagittal position or coronal position between the two groups. The soft tissue window and bone window image noise of horizontal position, sagittal position and coronal position in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). CTDIvol, DLP and ED levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Low-dose spiral CT can accurately diagnose paranasal sinus lesions in children, and reduce radiation dose simultaneously.
