摘　　要：目的分析肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合二甲双胍治疗原发性肝癌的效果。方法选取本院2016年3月至2019年3月收治的原发性肝癌患者58例,以入院诊治顺序分为常规组与观察组,各29例。常规组给予肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,观察组给予肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合二甲双胍治疗。观察对比两组治疗效果。结果术后6个月,两组均能有效控制疾病的发展进程,观察组疾病控制率为86.21%,高于常规组的62.07%;观察组生化指标:甲胎蛋白(AFP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)改善情况优于常规组,其中ALT、TBIL指标改善情况更突出。以上结果对比组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合二甲双胍治疗原发性肝癌效果显著,可更好地控制疾病发展,改善各项生化指标,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with metformin in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods A total of 58 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital were enrolled during March 2016 to March 2019. According to the time of treatment, the selected patients were divided into two groups(conventional group and observation group), with 29 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization. Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with metformin treatment. Observed and compared the effects of the two groups. Results At 6 months postoperatively, the two groups were effective in controlling the progression of the disease. The disease control rate of the observation group was 86.21%, which was higher than that of the conventional group(62.07%). The biochemical indicators [alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and total bilirubin(TBIL)] in observation group was better than that of the conventional group, and the improvement of ALT and TBIL indicators were more prominent. There were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with metformin in the treatment of primary liver cancer is effective, can better control the disease development, improve various biochemical indicators, it is worth promoting.
