拜阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀预防脑梗死再发的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨拜阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀预防脑梗死再发的效果。方法选择2015年4月至2017年1月本院收治的134例脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组67例(拜阿司匹林+阿托伐他汀)与观察组67例(拜阿司匹林+阿托伐他汀+普罗布考),比较两组血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原、血球压积、全血比黏度、LDL、HDL、TG、TCHOL、颈动脉斑块积分、病死率、缺血性脑血管复发率、短暂性脑缺血复发率、脑梗死复发率指标。结果治疗后3个月、6个月、1年观察组血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原、全血比黏度、LDL、HDL、TG、TCHOL与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3个月、6个月、1年观察组血球压积与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗后3个月、6个月、1年观察组颈动脉斑块积分、病死率、缺血性脑血管复发率、短暂性脑缺血复发率、脑梗死复发率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拜阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀并加用普罗布考方法可有效改善脑梗死患者预后,降低患者脑梗死复发率,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin combined with atorvastatin in preventing recurrence of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 134 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to January 2017 were randomLy divided into control group(67 cases,aspirin+atorvastatin)and observation group(67 cases,aspirin+atorvastatin+Probuco),comparing plasma specific viscosity,fibrinogen,hematocrit,whole blood specific viscosity,LDL,HDL,TG,TCHOL,carotid plaque score,mortality,ischemic cerebrovascular recurrence rate,transient cerebral ischemia recurrence rate,cerebral infarction recurrence rate indicators.Results The plasma specific viscosity,fibrinogen,whole blood specific viscosity,LDL,HDL,TG and TCHOL of the observation group at 3 months,6 months and 1 year after treatment were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the hematocrit between the observation group and the control group at 3 months,6 months,and 1 year after treatment.The carotid plaque scores in the observation group at 3 months,6 months,and 1 year after treatment,the mortality rate,ischemic cerebrovascular recurrence rate,transient cerebral ischemia recurrence rate,and cerebral infarction recurrence rate were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with atorvastatin plus probucol can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction and reduce the recurrence rate of cerebral infarction.It is worthy of popularization.
