摘　　要：聋人社区法律赋能诊所通过向学生讲授法律赋能、残障平等、聋人文化等理论知识,让学生参与社区法律咨询、手语课和手语普法视频制作等活动,以提升学生的法律服务技能和法律赋能的能力,并培养学生的公益情怀。授课教师对法律诊所的观察包括:法律诊所应注重培养学生的公益情怀,开展与民间社会组织的合作以及用法律赋能升华法律服务。Legal empowerment clinics for the Deaf encourage and train students to participate in community legal counseling,sign language classes and sign language video production by teaching students the legal knowledge,equality of disabilities,and deaf culture knowledge to enhance students'legal service skills and their abilities to legal empowerment and cultivate their sense of public benefit.The observations given by legal clinic teachers include:focusing on cultivating students'sense of public benefit,carrying out cooperation with social organizations,and employ legal empowerment to upgrade legal services.
