摘 要:教师的专业发展、教师的自主发展与教师的教学实践三者是互相缠绕促进的关系。三者虽不是线性关系,但始点和落脚点都将归为教师有效的教学。然而,教师教学的有效性不仅体现为教师的外部行为,更重要的是那些因人而异的、隐藏于教师思想深处的自我意识和对待教育教学的观点,而这些正是教师个体教学哲学的逻辑起点。个体教学哲学的构建是教师获得自主发展,最终促进其专业化发展的前提和有效途径。Teachers'professional development,self-development and teaching practice are intertwined and mutually promoted.Although the three are not in linear relation,the starting point and destination are both teachers'effective teaching.However,it is not enough only to observe teachers*external behavior,it is more important to understand their personal beliefs and ideas that are hidden in their minds.Teachers'views on education and their personal theories and teaching values are the logical starting point of their personal philosophy of teaching.Obviously,the construction of personal philosophy of teaching is the premise and effective way for teachers to achieve self-development and ultimately promote their professional development.
