摘 要:德国法学教育注重法学理论学习和法律思维培养。21世纪初的改革调整了培养目标,从培养法官型人才向律师型人才转变,同时强调学生的国际化视野。培养目标的变化体现在课程设置和教学形式,原有的学术教育和职业教育双轨制为各高校提供了更多的自主权,也增加了对律师型人才实践技能培养和国际化课程的比重;在教学形式上,大课、练习辅导课和专题研讨课从构建理论体系、训练案例分析技术和学术能力提升三个方面实现对学生的全面培养。German legal education focuses on the study of legal theories and the cultivation of legal thinking.The reforms at the beginning of this century in Germany adjusted the cultivation objectives,making it changed from the cultivation of judge-oriented talent to the lawyer-oriented talent,and in the meantime,emphasizing on the students'international vision.The change of cultivation objectives is reflected in the curriculum setting and teaching activities.The original dual system of academic education and vocational education provides autonomy for colleges and universities,and also increases the proportion of lawyer-oriented practical skills training and international curriculum.In the form of teaching,the big class,practice counseling class and special seminars realize the comprehensive education of students from three aspects,i.e.,constructing theoretical system,training case analysis technology and improving academic ability.
