摘  要:针对齿轮模锻过程中模具受力不均、生产效率低等问题,以带偏心轴的直齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,运用UG设计同时生产2个齿轮的模锻模具,绘制齿轮模具三维模型并装配,导入有限元仿真软件ANSYS Workbench中进行仿真分析。设计及仿真结果表明:设计的齿轮模具能同时模锻成形2个齿轮,加工效率提升1倍;最大等效应力小于模具屈服应力极限,满足模具强度要求。该研究为齿轮模锻成形及齿轮模具设计和仿真提供理论依据。Aiming at the problems of uneven force and low production efficiency in gear mold forging process,a spur gear with eccentric shaft has been taken as the research object,the forging mold with two gears producing at the same time has been designed by the UG,drawed the three-dimensional model of gear mold and assembled,imported it into finite element simulation software ANSYS Workbench to carry out the simulation analysis.The design and simulation results show that the designed gear mold can forge two gears at the same time,and the processing efficiency is doubled.The maximum equivalent stress is less than the yield stress limit of the mold,which meets the strength requirements of the mold.The research provides a theoretical basis for the gear mold forging,the design and simulation of the gear mold.
