摘 要:张紧装置是带式输送机的重要组成部分,关系着输送机的安全运行、可靠性以及使用寿命,所以其性能的好坏对带式输送机的动态特性至关重要。针对带式输送机张紧装置响应速度慢、稳定性差的缺点,设计了基于粒子群算法(PSO)的PID控制器,并与常规PID控制器做了对比。在MATLAB中建立带式输送机张紧装置和控制器模型并进行联合仿真,仿真结果表明:基于PSO的PID控制器对带式输送机的控制性能更佳,具有超调小、调节时间短、适应性强的优点。The tension device is an important part of the belt conveyor and is related to the safe operation,reliability and service life of the belt conveyor,its performance is very important to the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor.In view of the shortcomings such as slow response and poor stability of tension device,a PID controller based on particle swarm optimization(P S O)was designed and compared with the conventional PID controller.The models of belt conveyor tension device and controller were established in M A T L A B and simulated jointly.The simulation results show that the PID controller based on P S O has better control performance for belt conveyor,has advantages of small overshoot,short adjustment time and strong adaptability.
