摘　　要：针对红钢烧结厂设备台套数量多、图纸技术资料不全、可利用库存备件少的现状,加强了备件管理工作,以用最少的备件储备资金、合理的库存储备保证设备维修的需要。In view of the present situation,i.e.a lot of equipment,incomplete technical documents and less available spare parts in the Sintering Plant of Honghe Iron and Steel Corporation Limited,strength managing on spare parts,reduce reserving fund for spare parts and store reasonable quantity so as to meet maintenance requirements.
