我国旅游市场黑恶势力违法犯罪问题研究

摘　　要：杀人越货、欺行霸市、强买强卖、色情引诱,敲诈勒索、暴力抗法等由黑恶势力实施的违法犯罪在我国旅游市场都不同程度地存在着。导致这一问题出现的直接原因是行为人私欲膨胀、人格扭曲以及相关部门和人员失职渎职,甚至同流合污。扫除旅游市场罪恶势力应当从加强法制宣传教育、加大惩治力度、深挖关系网和保护伞等方面作出努力。The illegal crimes of black evil forces such as murder for property,market domination,forced sale,pornography,blackmail and violent resistance against law,which exist to varying degrees in China's tourism market.The direct reason of this problem lies in the actor's swelledselfish desire,character distortion and duty dereliction of the relevant departments and personnel,or even collusion in groups.To eliminate the evil forces in the tourism market,great efforts should be made to strengthen the publicity and education of the legal system,intensify punishment,as well as deal with the network of relationships and hidden forces.
