单中心肝移植治疗多囊肝病的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨肝移植治疗多囊肝病的围手术期护理要点。方法回顾性分析2016年1月~2018年10月我院收治的7例接受肝移植手术治疗的多囊肝病患者的临床资料。手术方式均采用附加腔静脉整形的改良背驮式肝移植,其中1例行肝肾联合移植手术。结果全组患者均手术成功出院。手术时间6.6~10.5小时,平均(8.33±1.26)小时,无肝期40~60分,平均(50.71±6.72)分。出血量300~800ml,平均(528±180)ml。术后住院时间14~24天,平均(18.71±3.59)天。结论肝移植是治疗多囊肝病的安全、有效方法,精心的围手术期护理可促进患者恢复。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing points of liver transplantation for polycystic liver disease.Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with polycystic liver disease who underwent liver transplantation surgery from January 2016 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All the surgical methods were modified piggyback liver transplantation with vena cava remodeling.One patient underwent combined liver and kidney transplantation.Results All patients were successfully discharged from the hospital.The operation time was 6.6~10.5 hours,with an average of(8.33±1.26)hours,no liver stage 40~60 points,and an average of(50.71±6.72)points.The amount of bleeding is 300~800ml,with an average of(528±180)ml.The postoperative hospital stay was 14 to 24 days,with an average of(18.71±3.59)days.Conclusion Liver transplantation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of polycystic liver disease.Careful perioperative care can promote the recovery of patients.
