摘　　要：党的十九大报告提出推动城乡义务教育一体化发展的重要任务和要求,这表明党中央对包括农村义务教育在内的整个教育事业的高度重视,同时为城乡义务教育发展指明了方向。农村义务教育是我国基础教育的重要组成部分,振兴农村义务教育是整个乡村振兴的重要基础。然而,目前我国城乡义务教育发展不平衡,农村成为我国义务教育发展的短板,严重阻碍着乡村振兴的步伐。按照"抓重点、补短板、强弱项"的要求,必须把农村义务教育放在优先发展位置,大力推动城乡义务教育一体化发展,着力补齐农村义务教育发展短板,缩小城乡义务教育差距,实现城乡义务教育均衡、融合发展,为实现乡村振兴提供持久动力。Important improvement tasks and requirements of urban and rural compulsory education integration development were proposed in the 19 th CPC National Congress. It indicates that the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the whole educational business,including rural compulsory education. In addition,it also shows the development direction of the rural compulsory education. The rural compulsory education is an important constituent part of basic education and also an essential foundation for the rural revitalization. However,in fact,the development of the compulsory education in urban and rural areas is imbalanced for our country.Rural compulsory education is the " short plank" of our country’s compulsory education development,which seriously hinders the pace of rural revitalization. According to the requirements of " stress the essentials,improve weak links and strengthen the weak terms",priority should be given to the development of rural compulsory education,integration development of urban and rural compulsory education should be vigorously promoted,the weakness of compulsory education development in rural areas should be improved,the gap between urban and rural compulsory education can be narrowed and the integrated and balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education can be achieved,which can provide lasting impetus for the realization of rural revitalization.
